I've purchased BF3:Premium and The Ultimate Shortcut Bundle, BF3😛remium is installed, but The Ulitmate Shortcut bundle it didn't work

I can see the entitlement on your account and the weapons are unlocked in your Battlelog profile. So, I guess it's working fine now and you are able to use these weapons in-game?

This has happened to me also. Not all of my weapons and their upgrades have been unlocked. I purchased this a few days ago. It does show in Origin that it  is installed.

What weapons are you missing? From looking at your Battlelog profile the only weapons that are not unlocked for your PC soldier are the ones that require an assignement or coop score.

Gentlemen and Ladies, the Ultimate Unlock kit only unlocks the following items http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield3/1/kit-shortcuts - basically it's class based progression weapons and gadgets and progression based vehicle unlocks (for the base game vehicles and not vehicles like the Tank Destroyer from expansions) and the COOP weapons.  The Ultimate Unlock kit does not unlock any attachments for the weapons, rank based weapons, or assignment based weapons or assignment based vehicle unlocks. All of these you have to earn via getting kills with each weapon for by earning ranks and completing assignments.  The new Armored Kill vehicles and Aftermath Crossbow, or End Game 1911 S-TAC are also not covered by the Ultimate Unlock Kit since the kit was released long before that expansion was released.  If you've played BF3 for any significant amount of time it is possible that you've already unlocked most of what is covered by the ultimate unlock shortcut kit.

Ventura, your Battlelog profile here http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/Ventura581/weapons/865490939/pc/ shows that the ultimate unlock kit has been applied to your PC soldier.  The kit hasn't been applied to your PS3 soldier.  If you purchased it for the PS3 soldier in addition to purchasing it for the PC soldier please speak with a game advisor to straighten out the issue.
