Battlefield 3 multiple accounts only 1 works

I do have 2 accounts. I login to my Gamepass account Sturmtiger9112 i can play the game no problem. But i have nothing on that account since i have my main with 200 hours of progress. If i login with my normal account sturmtiger911, it says Error: Could not login server (1). 

AS far as i see, in my library, in the EA App the Premium does not appear.

That my cause my problem, but im certain that i do have Premium since 2012...

    To check what DLC you own in the EA app, navigate to your game library, select the game, and then manage add-ons. This will display a list of owned and downloadable content for that specific game.

    The mentioned error is not related to missing content.

    Thanks Danisoff, but thats not the problem. Now i bought the EA Play as well, just in hope of the solution. Because EA Play has the Premium included, but no it doesnt help as well. 

    I tried every single teoubleshooting solution, but i still think that something is bugged on my account. On the Same PC same EA Play app, same browser my other account works fine.

    The only other thing I can recommend is to talk to an EA support agent. They should be able to provide you with all the information. I would recommend more steps, but account related issues are a touchy subject.
