BF2 Ranked Server / Trusted Partner

Question

Hi there. My Question is how do i become a Trusted Partner for a BF2 Server? I run a own Windows Server in Frankfurt with a BF2 HUB Server on it. I would like to get it ranked to get the BF2 Community alive. There are no more good pinged ranked Servers in Germany and South Europe.
