So now it has been 3 hours since the first person posted this issue on PS3... EA could we get a response please... I too have been premium member for years going back to BF3.... i have been waiting for this download and expect to have it as a part of my investment in premium.... Between this and all the server crashes...you guys are not doing a very good job.... How about stepping up your customer service... and at least respond...
