Re: EA and EVEN BALANCE: does the customer have to worry?
If Evenbalance has said you have been banned correctly, then you have been banned correctly and there is absolutely nothing more we can do here.
Please note:
- PunkBuster is not an EA-made program. It is developed by Even Balance and used in many online games.
- You must appeal any PunkBuster Ban with Even Balance by opening a ticket. EA Advisors cannot overturn PunkBuster Bans.
- To uninstall Punkbuster, you may run the executable available athttp://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe and/or visit the Even Balance websitefor more details.
You may have not cheated on your account (no one can proof this), but someone did. That someone had ran a detectable cheating software and it got detected, as Evenbalance has said to you in your ticked.
Your only chance will be to appeal your ban again, there is nothing more EA can do in this matter.
EA has its own anti-cheat program and it is called FairFight, other then this program, all other program owners are responsible for there actions and there programs, EA can not do nothing in this matters.
EA has no control over PB and its operations and it does not have any information or ban information they posses.
As I said in the past and in the thread you linked, you will need to take this matter again with Evenbalance, if you wish to be un-banned.
Posting on EA sites and contacting EA support, will do you no good and wont help in your problem at all. Feel free to also post on PunkBuster and Evenbalance forums, as you have a much greater chance there then here (here you have non, as we still can not help with this problem).
As this is a duplicate thread, I am going to close/lock it. Please do not create another same thread, about the exact same problem and question.
You can find more information, in your past thread here (like information on how to appeal your ban): http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/Banned-from-BF3-for-Multihack/m-p/3702327#M119625 .
