Thank you for the reply xxxo77o4906. I have already seen the information you provided and there are two things that concern me.
1: "Do I need to keep my PS3 or Xbox 360 disc if I upgrade?
You must have the PlayStation 3 Battlefield 4 disc in your PlayStation 4 in order to play BF4 on PS4 (or Xbox 360 disc in your Xbox One)."
- I already traded in my 360 disc to gamestop for my xbox one version. If this is true I expect gamestop to loan me a 360 disc to do the transfer. How can gamestop and EA support the $10 upgrade with trade in yet still make it a requirement to have the 360 disc. Doesn't make any sense and will piss a lot of people off. (as if EA hasn't pissed enough people off already).
and 2: "Will all pre-ordered copies for BF4 include the PS4/Xbox One upgrade code?
All marked boxes of Battlefield 4 will include the PS4/Xbox One code. This includes all pre-ordered copies from retailers such as Amazon."
- The only codes that came with my xbox 360 and xbox one game were for the China Rising expansion and a double xp weekend. There was NO CODE for an upgrade.
I will be very disappointed and angry if the two statements above are true. If they are in fact true I will be taking my complaint up the chain to the gamestop managers, regional managers, etc. until my complaint is resolved.
If it turns out that these two statements are accurate (ill find out tomorrow when I purchase my xbox one) then I will give XP to your account and also mark your response as a solution.
