Transferring stats AND premium membership from xbox 360 to xbox one

I paid for Battlefield 4 and BF4 premium on the Xbox 360 and was told by Gamestop I can upgrade to the Xbox one version of BF4 for only $10 and that my stats and premium membership would transfer ove...

    Hello everyone.

    The Premium and stats transfer offers have sadly expired.

    There is now no other way, to have this transfers, sorry.

Stats did not transfer from xbox 360 to xbox one

When I pressed ok to transfer stats the screen just went black had to restart xbox one
I did a chat with EA said there is nothing they could do just gave a me a 15% discount on next purchase
Any one having same issue

Not that my stats are good away but it's the point of it

I purchased at full price both xbox 360 and xbox one copies 

Not to happy

    My Premium transferred no problem but my stats and unlocks etc. didn't. Having to start all over again.
