BSOD with nVidia drivers 331.82 [nvlddmkm.sys]

I'm getting a BSOD when using any of the "Game Ready" nVidia drivers stables (331.58, 331.65, 331.82)  and also betas. The BSOD says something about nvlddmkm.sys

My laptop is a Lenovo IdeaPad Y480 with a

GeForce 640M LE

8GB RAM  

core i7-3610 @2.30 GHz

I used to play Battlefield 3 in medium settings at 50-60 fps, so I don't think my laptop is not suitable for the game.
