I looked at your Battlelog profile and you've got 15 kills with the MP443. Both the MP443 and the M-9 are faction weapons until you get one service star with each weapon, then after that the weapon is unlocked for use while both sides. Until you get a service star with the MP443 you will only be able to use it while playing the Russian faction.
