Battlefield 4 pre-order free china rising with account troubles PS3

I had pre-ordered Battlefield 4 back in the summer and was looking forward to the expansion pack (China Rising) that comes with it. As soon as Battlefield 4 came out, I brought it home and redeemed the code for the expansion on a junk account that I was about to delete. I had no clue that I was on that junk account at the time. I deleted the account about 5 days later after having some issues with my origin account. I decided to just start over because of all the aco[bleep] confusion and completely forgot about the purchase on that account until a few days later, which I then began to attempt to salvage with no avail. My code is now empty and I don't have my download. I've spent hours trying to remember the login and even the username to that junk PSN account. I basically want to actually have the expansion from the pre-order. I'm sorry if this sounds a little fishy but I just want my stupitidy to be undone. I just can't figure out how. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
