I'm having a similar issue on X360. I used the promo code, and it gave me a small download of around 120kb or something near there. But when I try to download the 1.27GB China Rising package, it says I have to pay for it. Trying the code again says that the code has already been used. Help anyone?

- Hey there, AHQ is a public forum and we at AHQ cannot access your Origin profile or issue out registration or redemption codes.
If the game has just been unwrapped and opened, you can return to the retailer and convince them to issue you a new redemption or registration code.
Other wise you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will happily help you with your problem (https://help.ea.com/en/origin )
Once you have followed the link above press contact --> give information --> I still need help (located at the bottom of the page) and then press 'Create Live Chat'!
