Can you improve server tickrate for smaller servers? (great for e-sports)

Since Battlefield 4 uses a default 10 hz tickrate (10 sent server updates/second)
This must be somewhat linked to the bandwidth limit of a 64 man BF experience!

But when it comes to competitive play, this roof is severely limiting the sync of intense gameplay.

When servers get smaller, the bandwidth and price goes down... but the tickrate doesn't go up to increase competitiveness!
This is why I am making this suggestion, which preserves the bandwidth roof for a 64 man rent cost, and is calculated like this...

Renting a "Competitive Server" would basically make the server use 64 man bandwidth, for faster updates at lower playercounts

64 / players = Ratio
Ratio * 10 = Tickrate (with same bandwidth useage as a 64 man 10hz server)

Here is the list of good tickrates for common server settings

64 man: 10hz
48 man: 13hz,
40 man: 16hz
32 man: 20hz
24 man: 25hz
20 man: 32hz
16 man: 40hz
12 man: 50hz
10 man: 60 hz
(same as refresh rate for most monitors) This is 5v5 competitive on all platforms, right?

If you multiply the amount of players with the Hz number they should all be between 600 and 640

Why should we do this? Because for the same bandwidth, we can have small competitive matches with faster netcode updates
This could become the saving graze of the now dwindling competitive Battlefield E-sports scene, and improve general gameplay.

Bandwidth specifications would be similar to a 64 man server, and can possibly be afforded by sponsored e-sports teams etc.

We don't need more servers, we need better ones and there are people who are willing to pay for faster server update speed!
