BF1 Can't Join Party

EA,

  When I start a party and invite friends, they are unable to join my party. When they create a party and send me an invite, I receive an error: EC:10200 and attached a screen shot. It happens every single time and we have been trying to get it working for weeks. We are all on PC using the EA app.

Can someone please look into this?
