Did you look in event viewer to see what the error is? If not then I would look at that and google  the event id and task category with your o/s  and see what comes up. I had the same issue when I first got win8.1  and got blue screen of death and only in  only in BF4  made me nuts but did get it to stop by hunting down fixes tho google. If you dont know how to find event viwer its in control panel under Administrative Tools BTW what o/s are you using? And do you have SSD's and page file turned off? The reason I ask is I did have page file off with 32 gigs ram I have ya think it should be ok but mm nope more stable with it on so I just moved my page file to a larger ssd. And it fixed a few issues for me one being memory dump.

Now if I could only find a real fix for BF4 has stopped working lol
