RE: ticket number 12309318 (4) F.A.O any Mods

Hi,

I am looking for an update regarding this issue i had with my soldier logging onto lobbies and "playing" despite having no kills no deaths and no points.

The soldier appears to not be playing yet has not been kicked from any servers.

I would really like someone to contact me regarding this and what steps have been taken to inverstigate it.

    This is a little tomuch personal information but okey, I suggest you contact EA live support and make a ticket for tech support. Than explain the problem again as short as possible, than i hope they will be able to fix your problem.

    My apologies for the double post.

    Having just been in touch with live chat, i am no further forward.

    Live chat have said my situation has been investigated and resolved, and i would receive an email telling me what had been done etc, but the live chat only sent me the email that confirmed the prior live chat of me reporting the issue.

    Could someone please email me with the correct information i need? ie what the end result of the investigation was.

    If they did not send you the correct email, i can ensure you they wont send it... Retry to contact live support and demand a information mail. re-explain the situation. Please do not think am ffing with you... i had to do the same several times for some stupid easy solvable questions. One time i was in contact with live chat for over 2 hours still no fix and i could reconnect later on for the info mail... So i suggest you contact again and ask for the mail with information.
