I downloaded Battlefield 4 yesterday to try out EA Access, but while the campaign shows 100% and the full game showed 51%. It is now grayed out and shows 0%. I'm beginning to wonder if they don't allow multiplayer for this free week.

Make sure your Xbox Live Gold is still active. If it is try doing a hard reset of your console but holding the glowing "X" button on the front of the console until it shuts down. Then restart the console, it will go through the long boot process and when you hit the dashboard start BF4 again and try to play multiplayer. If the multiplayer portion is not finished downloading it should resume and hopefully finish. You'l only be able to play the campaign until both the campaign and multiplayer are both at 100%.
