- I had the same problem I think it is pretty crappy about that code as well it was a big reason I bought the premium addition of battlefield 4 I don't think I will spend another 60 dollars for the same game and that is to bad because I was a big battlefield fan I will pay 60 for modern warfare now because at least it will be a new game. Very **bleep**!y on E A's part.

I'm in the same boat, but the offer expired 31 March 2014 so if we missed it we missed it. This was a Sony promotion and not an EA promotion so nobody at EA can do anything about this, and the EA Answer HQ is a community run technical self help forum so you are talking to other gamers here and not to the official EA support.
If you are dead set on pursuing this issue I recommend that you contact Playstation customer support and make the inquiry with them since it was Sony's promotion to encourage people to adopt the PS4 early. Personally I just went to Game Stop and purchased a discounted pre-owned PS4 copy of BF4 and called it a day. My soldier and premium still imported with zero problems.
