Unable to download Battlefield 3

Yes, I have tried clearing the cache as well as uninstalling and re-installing the EA app.

I'm having the same issue as S4vant. ~I've opened a case but the "Chat with us" button does nothing and there is no "Start chat" button.~ The site, like many, does not appear to work well with Firefox and is excruciatingly slow with Edge.

Would you be ok with trying Chrome? I just double-checked here, and I was able to start a chat. 

I edited my comment while waiting for the chat in Edge because it never started in Firefox, despite waiting nearly an hour with an estimated wait time of 5 minutes. Took almost half an hour in Edge (same 5 minute estimate) but finally got into a chat and after unnecessarily confirming my email in the chat (please update policies, security theater is annoying and not appreciated) and copy-pasting responses from one rep to the next, they told me I had the Russian version of the game. I purchased the game directly from Origin in March of 2012 (listed in my account purchase history) from the US, so I can only assume it was a botched transfer from the Origin library.

This need to get fixed. i have bought this game TWICE now, and i can't even re-open my ticket? how is this acceptable that that i can't even get in contact with someone to put in another ticket?

Hey warghostmon​, what happens when you try to resume your current case? 

This had yet to be resolved on my side.

Its been about a year or two since EA began to migrate users over to the EA App from Origin. I would think that they would have cleared up issues like this already.  My purchase history should show that I purchased the US version of the game, and I have email receipts from when I purchased it just before launch .

At this point, how hard is it to just issue another copy to the same user's library?
