phantom assignments frozen

I have unlocked the first 2 phantom assignments but no matter how many kills i get with the specified weapon they dont change

The Phantom Operative is bugged currently however you Need Phantom 1,2 and 3 before hand. Are you having issues with Phantom 3 assignment?

I havent got that far yet. The first 2 assignments that i have unlocked however dont count kills or score or anything theyve been at zero for about 3 months
