but no matter what i do it still says i have to spend 20 dollars to purchase premium which should have been transfered with the rest of my stats. I just bought battlefield 4 today and it just finished installing and i clicked yes and confirm to copy my stats but then i went to the store to download the packs it says i dont have premium or the packs and i have to spend money for each of them but i already have it so i dont want to waist the money if i should still have it and the website says the the transfer for premium is still valid so i dont know why it dont have it. Is there anyway i can get premium back without buying it? it says i have premium on xbox 360 on battlelog but not on my xbox one account.
I also bought only the regualr copy on the xbox one store because i though that premium will transfer so i dont want to spend 20 more dollars on premium when i should have it
does anyone know of a way or can a mod help me with this plz?
still waiting on a reply because i would like to know if i have to get mor microsoft cash to buy premium again which is a total rip off.

CONSIDERING I have followed and purchased BF1 and BFV with all extras alongside other previous releases dating back to the release of Battlefield 1942. Please provide transfer tools or something, I feel like I've been robbed! You can check my battlelog account I have a 360, Xbox One and PC a count all linked with games associated and in this case a premium account only linked to the Xbox 360.

We made stats transfer available for Battlefield 4 players as soon as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles became available.
We kept the service going to allow everyone a chance to upgrade their console and preserve their stats.
After 5 years, we’ve ended the service as it was no longer actively being used by Battlefield 4 players.
