I have same problem right now decided to go back to BF4 and cant retrieve my Premium account I'm not paying 39.99 for another premium. CONSIDERING I have followed and purchased BF1 and BFV with all extras alongside other previous releases dating back to the release of Battlefield 1942. Please provide transfer tools or something, I feel like I've been robbed! You can check my battlelog account I have a 360, Xbox One and PC a count all linked with games associated and in this case a premium account only linked to the Xbox 360. "

We kept the service going to allow everyone a chance to upgrade their console and preserve their stats.
After 5 years, we’ve ended the service as it was no longer actively being used by Battlefield 4 players.
