I have the same issue except my card is an EVGA GTX760. Everyting was fine until early Feb/15 then the FPS went into the dumper. I was getting a steady 60 FPS on High settings now I can't get more than about 15-20 on ANY setting making the game unplayable. I have had the latest NVIDIA drivers but reinstalled an earlier version to see if that was the problem but to no avail. I have tried overclocking my CPU and GPU but got the same result. I have had sensor monitors running on the GPU and there is no power boost, memory boost or very little GPU clock speed boost when BF4 loads up and starts. Yet when I run a series of GPU stress tests the power, clock speed etc all increase to nearly max as you would expect.

    Here are my specs

ASUS MOBO P8Z77-V LK 12 GB DDR3 memory

    INTEL i5-2500CPU @ 3.3Ghz

EVGA GTX 760 2GB - was using NVIDIA driver 347.52 but clean installed 337.88 (no  change)

    WIN 7 (x64)

    Monitor - Samsung Syncmaster P2250G Digital (60hz)

Just as an aside I had the game fill up my entire 12 GB of ram on several occasions, just recently. Never had that issue before!

  • Ok well, now I know only 4 ppl that have this issue, all have nvidia gpu which means its probably the driver or bf4 but I doubt bf4, btw u sure it started on 15 to feb?

Here is the URL for user.cfg

    http://hastebin.com/cohijatika.avrasm

    Meta.xml

    http://hastebin.com/ecuqabidas.xml

Profsave - wouldn't copy and paste (too large)

Profsaveheader was garbled (no discernable characters)

    Prosave profile

    http://hastebin.com/hiwofoxeri.avrasm

I should also note that I have used a couple of stress tests on my GPU in both OpenGl and Direct3d. During these tests my card's power use, mem and clock speed both throttle up to near max.... as u would expect. When I load up BF4 these same numbers barely move off idle settings and don't change very much playing on low vs ultra settings. It seems as though BF4 isn't allowing the GPU to throttle up or isn't communicating well with it.

    Edit:

With the absence of any feedback here let me provide an update. I have now reinstalled the graphics driver, reinstalled the EVGA Precision 16, and AIsuite from Asus. I slightly overclocked the CPU and GPU, change the PhysX management to GPU, took out all the user.cfg stuff for BF4 and am now getting 80 FPS on medium setting. However that relatively quickly (within about 5-8 mins into a round) drops to about 40 and slowly drops over successive games to about 25-30. There is a corresponding increase in memory use from 38% at start to 45% after a few games. (I have 12GB DDR ram). By changing the PysX parameter to GPU it seems I have taken some pressure off the CPU because it now runs at a "cool" 88%-94% whereas before I was hitting 100% and the game would really slog. So I probably have a CPU/MOBO bottleneck but at least the game is playable now! I also threw on the Drawgraph feature in BF4 to monitor GPU and CPU and I find I am getting huge CPU spikes while playing which increase over time.
