    Also having this problem I decided to reinstall the game downloaded all the expansions(I've been gone for a while from bf4) but no update I have rebuilt database deleted game server times even formated the ps4 and still no joy if anyone finds a solution please hit me up thanks

    Great news guys!!  My game is finally updating so multiplayer should be up and running now!

    Apologies for the late reply on this - it is/was something we were looking into, only restricted to users with a fresh install.
