Re: Voip not working on battlefield 4 on pc

I think I figured it out...at least for my setup, which was affected in the same exact way.

Short story: It seems to be the latest NVidia GEForce Experience Beta releases--v2.7.2.59, in my case.  Uninstall and go back to the current public release, v2.5.15.54 (or maybe an earlier beta version, if possible?).

Long story: I noticed that, with the latest beta releases of GFE, they're adding a keyboard shortcut to bring up an overlay where you can change settings/record/etc.  The shortcut is ALT-Z.  I figured that this shortcut was basically "short circuiting" the default VOIP button for BF4, the LALT key.  That said, reassigning the VOIP key to something different in BF4 didn't seem to take care of it.  I'm still convinced it must have something to do with it, though.

I'm going to reach out to the NVidia folks and let them know--hopefully it can be resolved in a future release.

    Thanks Hebrew sounds very encouraging,, I am using beta not sure of which version,, but I will check when I get to my pc

    Hebrew i owe you a big thank you ...you are a star!!.... The exact same version was the problem I had.,.,., I've uninstalled it and first game i tried it worked ...me and 2 friends spent a week head scratching over this problem once again Thank you very much  🙂

    I guess Lloyd will write something on his own, but I just wanted to thank you. After reading millions of answers and suggestions, I really had no hope that someone came over the same issue, had tried as many things as we had, AND took it a step further and finally found a solution.

    nothing worked for me any help pls i can record my voice on windows just in bf4 i cant any suggestion guys?
