Some servers use certain plugins to help keep their servers clear of cheaters that remove players who have stats that may be questionable. HSK refers to Headshot kill ratio, which can be an indicator that some players might be using a cheat program. The best course of action would be to search the specific server information to see if you can contact the admins of the server to dispute your removal, or find a server that doesn't run such a plugin.
