I am really sorry about this issue with the Companion app. Are you using the same PlayStation account to play both games? Have you checked the companion app right after playing the game on your console? Keep us posted on your progress.

I'm not sure I can few my bf1 stats still but not my bf4 ,but I will go on to origin and double check
