Battlefield 4 stats wiped

I played the game since 9 years ago since a couple years ago and came back and im back to level 1 when i had 300 hours in game. My psn is konatoast but my okd name was whasuppps which I changed years ago. I have done everything and still shows level 1. I used to play on ps4 now on ps5 playing ps4 version, idk if that has anything to do with it

    Hello conatoast​,

    Make sure you're logged into the same account, having your stats wiped would be a first. Also, keep in mind that neither EA Support nor anyone else can restore your stats in any way, shape, or form.

    Though it did not make me jump for joy after reading your comment i can finally stop being mad about the stats.  Now...you are one that looks like you have a idea how this stuff works..Im retired and dont fuss with the little things however, little things is what has caused a stir....ok stats good bye fine!  Now, she we be able to get new stats or is that broke? Since the 17th patch I lost all but a 1/4 of the stats but yes I can XP and weapons however my points going forward after the 17th have been static.  Ive tried every forum, complaint desk...I havent found a way to be put in touch with someone to assist.  Now yesterday I fired it up (XBOX XS) and stats were gone completely.  Game ended and in the lobby my old statis stats popped up.  So sorry to crash someone elses forum however I have yet to see anyone complaining about the exact same issue that I have.
