Unfortunately, Battlefield-series doesn't support transferring of statistics at all unlike EA's sport titles for example. Each console/PC has their own separate save file with their own unlocks, level progression, and so on.

The only feature BF4 does support is transferring stats from 360 -> Xbox One , or PS3 -> PS4 : https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/battlefield/battlefield-4/transfer-your-battlefield-4-stats-to-a-newer-console/
