I'm active on PC these days and my Playstation account which was linked to the same email I always use is SUDDENLY linked to a DEACTIVE email. I cant submit a case for help because the KEYWORDS don't work. I cant play BF4 at all because of this please help.

It sounds like the linked account has been made dormant. You will most likely need EA Help to assist you with this, and you should be able to open a case at help.ea.com by selecting "EA Account" from the menu, then the "How to get back into your EA Account" option. There will be a link at the bottom of the page that loads to contact a support agent.
This page right? The page I just said doesn't work because the Keywords don't work so I can't submit the issue?

To get around this, just select a Battlefield title in that section.
