Seeing as EA is not responsible for the issue and it is due to a DDOS attack, they don't owe you anything. There are no bugs to be "ironed" out here, just a group of stupid hackers.
You don't know what a DDOS attack is do you? A better firewall won't stop a DDOS attack.

Even security program centers get attacked by DDOS attacks, and best they can do it track it back to it's source and cut them out. It's denial of service, not a virus or anything like it. "something to stop it" can't stop what doesn't even reach it.

Yes, your ignorance. You are trolling and bashing EA, demanding a refund for an event that is out of EA control and that effects you maybe a few times a year. This thread is for discussing a technical issue and if you can't do that or provide constructive information you are in the wrong place.
I cant connect, Phone support useless. Game loads ok and goes on online but when maps load The game kicks me off the servers
