I'm not sure but these simple steps may possible solve your issue. Since this is a Connection Issue, you will need to try all possible solutions to solve this.  Do you have this issue only in Battlefield 1 or other games?

Have tried everything on that list and it's still not working. As far as I can tell it's just on BF1 on that particular map
