I am tracking the things and i already progressed on some. I gotta do 82 more MBT kills then i got one sorted and i need the shotgun ribbons, it showed up in the endround but not in my progress.

Like, it said i had 2 shotgun ribbons (since i killed over 70 tickets of the enemy with a shotgun) But when i check battlelog its not there and in my assignment thingy neither.

The phantom initiate thingy is showing ingame but (not sure here) afaik its greyed out. Which is ok cuz i still need to finish the assignments. AND, on all assignments it shows i played as premium since i have the premium account which i got back when it released.

Its just superduper annoying and i wanna get that bow eventually anyways.

Never fully completed the Phantom stuff (I bought BF4 late) but if you literally just want to unlock the bow itself you can just pick it up on the map it spawns on.

I just checked your soldier profile in battlelog, and can observe the following in your Phantom Operative journey:

1. You still miss 91 kills with a main battle tank, to complete the Phantom Prospect.
   You are already on your way with this, so just 'keep tanking'!  :o)
   
   
2. You still miss 17 kills when flying a jet, to complete the Phantom Trainee.
   You are well underway and active here, so just keep it in the air and press that trigger button when you make your strifes!
   
   
3. You also miss to get two shotgun ribbons for the Phantom Trainee.  Please notice that you need to get both ribbons in the same single game round!  And it needs to be done on a live official server.  You do not have a record saying you did this previously, so maybe you played on a private or custom-settings server before.  But that doesnt count when trying to get your kills/ribbons/assignments done. 
   
   
4. Your log indicates that you have not yet activated the third component, being the Phantom Initiate program.  Suggest you do that asap, as you can as well do that in parallel with the first two segments of the Phantom Operative program.  The third part includes 200 LMG kills, 50 kills with explosives and 25 road kills.  So just get that program part started asap...

As i just checked your Battlelog profile, your situation is the following... 

(4 Phantom Assignments in total) 

The fist two assignments you activated on Battlelog already and these requirements you're working on right now. 

Just finish the MBT kills for the first assignment and it's done.

For the second assignment "Phantom Trainee" you have to do the 20 Jet kills first, before doing the Shotgun ribbons! Cause this 2 ribbons always reset after each round. It's always been like this. 

So if all other requirements on this assignment are finished first, then it'll be completed right away as soon as the 2 Shotgun ribbons have been done (in that case they can't reset after the match as usual)

The 3rd assignment you didn't activate yet with the needed Battlelog code yet (Code: 24344241893) 

But there is currently a problem for you, as this Skull you have to click on to get to the page where you have to enter the Code at is not able to access atm since the Leaderboards Tab on Battlelog has been shut down. And on this Tab was this Skull at the bottom left corner. 

Currently they're working on a solution tho, to make it possible for people to still be able to start the Phantom assignments. 

This following (last) assignment "Phantom Operative" you don't need Battlelog for anymore since this can be activated in the Hangar21 Phantom Room where you alao pick up the Bow itself. (But if the other 3 aren't completed, you can't get there yet) 

BUT, if you don't care about all this fancy rewards of the assignments and ONLY want the Bow to play with then there is a easy and fast way to get it. Which also lets you use it forever and not just temporary.

You go to the Community Map "Operation Outbreak" and there somewhere in the center of the Map is a Box you have to hit with your Knife (you'll get flashed) and then you see the Bow in this Box. Pick it up and it's all yours 🙂
