Guys, somehow running Origin and BF4 in administrator mode worked. Game loads in 20 seconds! That's weird, cuz i tried this week ago and nothing happened. Give it a try.

@0snr , sounds then like you all may have been suffering from not full access (edit rights!) rights to all the BF4 files/directories that you may need then in normal user mode. And that is why the program at start up needs to renegotiate these and timeout first on all files being disputed.
Just obnoxious then of course that you do not get any direct error message then in the first place, which could have helped you to address the problem right away.
