I've been playing for years (On Origin so no Steam involved) and this exact same issue started for me today

    @RUMPLE9 That sucks. Yeah it started out of nowhere for me after only a few days of playing well. I had installed the game on a whim like 9 months ago and I didn't have any connection problems.

    Hopefully you're not as lost a cause as me though. Did you try the solutions that I tried?
