Hello there, Xbox is currently investigating issues with there game service Status here. 

We are keeping an eye out on how that is progressing. 

Marking this as solved for now, just to highlight what is going on.

only with Splitgate have called with xbox support this is an issue with EA servers :-/ 

@EA_Atic  xbox series x, EU region, nearly no servers shown, plus the ones that are, are full with loads of players in queue, bf1 nearly the same. For 2 days now... EA is killing bf1 and Bf4 servers for 2042??

I have been trying to connect to a server all day for 2 days no luck. In the server browser there’s no servers showing up. The few ones that do show up they say zero on the server you click on them an it says fail to join. What going on? Anyone else having issues? An who do we report this to? 

Same for me on Xbox for past 2 days

@EA_Atic  The Xbox status has been fixed meanwhile this issue i have announced on Thursday is still happening   i am not the only one having this  so like i said before it is EA's servers acting up please report this so this issue get's fixed its has been  3 days+.... No Europe Server's displaying if you find any they are FULL with 45+ people in waiting line. many displaying 0/64 with red ping and unable to join them Error code 1 + Failed to join the game as its current state does not allow for a connection. It could be loading a new map or it may have been shut down.

and to be honest Titanfall 2 servers are also down and since that has happend i am having issue's with bf4 .

Still the same, clearly this is on EA server side as other multiplayer games from Activision and ubisoft work perfectly for me...the fact that one of the servers has the name EA please fix servers, says it all... It's all over the net aswell, but ah well, pointing to Microsoft is easier then just opening up the server browser and see for yourself, Bf4 and bf1 are just unplayable right now with no server capacity, people who pay for their servers haven't been able to use them for 3 days now.. No answers about a solution... And have the right to refund by EU laws...

Agreed its a real shame! Taking 2 long its like they turn a blind eye to this

Why would you mark this thread as solved? EA has a major outage affecting a massive amount of users.. mostly all of them have no clue whats going on or that EA has acknowledged a problem.

This is extremely poor handling of the situation and demonstrates a serious lack of respect for your paying customers.

I agree, if this was battlefield 5, this was fixed and acknowledged before we could blink with our eyes, in my opinion EA handled this wrong and arrogant, since a lot of people I spoke on discord and server owners I know got the same copy paste answers that nothing was wrong on EA side at first, before investigating the matter.

In my opinion the server owners should be compensated.

In the end without paying customers, and happy customers you are nothing in this world. 

Actually XBOX is not totally fixed. There are still problems with joining some servers. The only servers I am able to join are ones with people already in them (which also means I get stuck in a queue more often than not). Upshot is that XBox users are able to join server eventually.

Having the same problem just like the others. Servers will not load...

This isn't solved!  What is the actual technical issue?

Seen this issue the past 3-days on XBox One X, XBox One S, and XBox Series-X.

Getting "Error 1", servers with queues saying there are 84+ people waiting in line (no way that can be true), and just random disconnects mid-game if/when I do happen to get into a server.

Still seeing issue this morning. Not solved.
