Probably your privacy settings disabled in your game settings or in your EA Account. This article can explain you how such sites like Battlefield Tracker work: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/battlefield/battlefield-stats-display/
Community sites are operated by third parties and allow visitors to review their own and others’ stats and progress in Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V. The sites make available more stats than are currently visible in game.
- Log into the relevant title (Battlefield 1 or Battlefield V).
- Choose More.
- Open the About menu.
- Choose Usage Data.
- Move the slider beside Share Usage Data to On.

- @Karahanhasan the account you looked up in the screenshot, is set as private. The account has to be set up to "share data" in order to look it up on BattlefieldTracker.com
