If this has been happening for a while, it might be worth trying a full reinstall. If you have another drive you could try installing it to as well, that might help if the installation on the primary drive is corrupted. 

This might not work, but should confirm that there isn't an issue with the installation.

out come is the same even if I use cloud gaming on xbox.

yes problem still exists.

problem effects everyone on xbox and pc.

Platoon tags still randomly not showing in game. and game servers randomly shutting down when full.

this problem was reported about a year ago.

We now have  a new problem where we are all missing a ingame menu please see picture.

in blue box we should have ingame  menu options, which no longer exists.

The missing menu appears to be a visual glitch specific to your system, no other users have reported the same issue. As for the tags, there isn’t much more to add beyond what was already explained in the previous post on this topic.

To resolve the visual glitch, try reinstalling the game and make sure your CPU and GPU drivers are fully up-to-date.
