Re: Error code 1 bf4

@Psubond
how to solve “Failed to Join Game Session, Error Code: 1"?
goto:
Xbox Dashboard: Settings>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear - Restart your Xbox.

Hope this will help you!

  • @Rotblut I have the same problem but on PS4, I tried server browser, quickmatch, not even one server works. I deleted battlefield 4’s saved data from system storage and still no luck, my internet connection is fine. Any help please? All of this happened since I installed Premium on my Battlefield 4, everything was fine before.

    This is a problem on the servers!

    It is not a problem for the player client side...

    I wish the techies at EA would wake up and face reality and get this solved for us!

    Been a problem now since January, and its only escalating the severity, as every day going by, more players are added to the no-play state on the various servers out there...

    @Lolo22ans did you try to restore the database once. This is done in a few simple steps: turn off the PS4, hold down the power button until the second beep, bring up the service menu, and then select the appropriate item. Basically, this process cleans up the database a bit, transfers files together, or deletes corrupted files. What belongs together is zipped together and allows faster access, which ultimately is to increase speed. The whole process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on how "broken" your own PS4 is. It is worth a try. 🙌

  • @Rotblut So I've been having the same issue for the past couple of days. Either "You have lost connection to the session" or "FAILED TO JOIN GAME SESSION: An unknown error occurred. Error code: 1"
    I tried the database reset and there's been no change. I've reset my router and tried different internet connections (LAN and Wi-Fi) and it still won't connect. Really down about not being able to play.
