Same problem here. Been playing the game since release at 1080p above 60fps on my MSI GS63vr laptop (6700hq, 6Gb 1060 & 16Gb RAM) without any problems until the update. The frame-drops and stuttering are so bad that I stopped playing the game for a while now. Maybe for me it's more sever because I can see the stuttering since the moment I select the spawn point and the camera zooms in on it and it's consistent from there. I can still play other demanding games like Forza Horizon 3 and For Honor on ultra and easily hit above 60fps. I tried everything in the previous replies but nothing seems to do the trick!

@Prateru @SgtWireless Did anything change with the recent update? Hopefully it helps with whatever went wrong in the last one.
