"Package from home" was handed out during a Battlefest or community mission and will most likely be available again in the future.
"The Care Package" is a super rare legendary skin and can be unlocked via Battlepacks, you´ll find it from time to time in the current revisions.

the pack from home skin was apart of a community mission back in june or july i think was when i got mine and i say that one is long gone but you know dice is always doing events and stuff so u never know the the care pack is super rare so you better have alot of luck to get that out of a battlepack it was made to be bought with scraps a few weeks back but now it's long gone hope this helps alittle and have a nice day see you on the battlefield 🙂
