I am trying to rent a server and everytime i click checkout it keeps bringing up the EA App and it says what is in the image below. this has happened before and is also once again stopping my friend from renewing his server due to the same issue.

Hello, I have a similar problem. My rented server just expired and I tried renewing it. When I click the "Renew" button in game, after selecting the amount of days, instead of directing me to the payment page (I still use Origin, don't ask questions EA), I get the error as shown in the attached picture.
I tried different methods after googling the error to try and fix this, but nothing worked.

So can someone help us here?
So far just hoping for an answer here it was a simple fix last time so even if we have to keep re doing this its better then not been able to do it at all.
