No online multiplayer privileges

I own Battlefield 1 digitally and also have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play. My EA account and Xbox account are linked. I can play Star Wars Battlefront II online without any issues. However, when I try to play Battlefield 1 online multiplayer, I get an error saying I don’t have the privilege to access online features. I’ve checked my privacy settings and have it on adult with no restrictions. I’ve also tried the trick where you start BF4 and then try going into BF1 and it didn’t work. Help.
