Have you tried restoring the license? Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
Select
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
If content you've downloaded from PlayStation™Store or add-on content fails to start, this might fix the problem.

Hey, @kqatramiz
Are you still having some trouble with this? It sounds like the actual Premium Pass and expansions aren't being installed on the hard drive. Even when you own the Premium Pass, they still are separate downloads than the base game. Make sure you check the add on section for your game to see if they're waiting to be installed.
You can also add them to your download queue from the PlayStation store. Just search the Premium Pass and expansions to add them: https://store.playstation.com/en-us/home/games Yes i still have this problem, it is shown that the add ons are installed but they're not working
Thanks

That's really strange, I'm sorry to hear it's still happening. I recommend giving one of our Social Advisors a shout at EA Help or contact an EA Advisor at Help.EA.com so they can pull up your account and take a look at what's causing this for your account.
