- Hi EA_Lanna,
I checked the Steam icon properties and didn’t see any flags set. I also verified the integrity of the game files and restarted the app, but I’m still encountering the same error: "This app can't run on your PC." All other games on Steam are running without any issues. - EA_Lanna9 months ago

Hey @alunfake,
Gotcha, ok. Thanks for giving them a go. It sounds like this could be system-related. I've been looking around and found some Steam community threads, like this one, where some steps helped others sort things. I'll pop them below:
- Add Steam and your games as exceptions to your Firewall: "Firewalls and any other security measures you have on your computer, like Windows Defender and Peerblock, try their best to keep only the most important information coming through to your computer. This can cause interference when running the Steam or your games." If they can't be added as exceptions to your Firewall, to troubleshoot this error message, disable or temporarily uninstall your firewall.
- Delete BFV Directory in OneDrive App: Another player shared what worked for them in the Steam thread I shared earlier, and it's helped others in the same thread. Open up your OneDrive app and delete the BFV Directory.
- Disable VPN: If you're running a VPN, start by turning it off. Depending on the provider, it'd be best to search for official guides to share how best to troubleshoot those apps from there.
Hopefully, that should help resolve the system errors. If not, you may want to search for additional troubleshooting guides online to see what else can be done for Network, OneDrive, or VPN issues.
