Game suddenly crash & exit.

Hi, I recently re-installed battlefield 5 and saw this anti cheat update asking me to install it. So I did what it says. After launching the game, there was no problem and I felt like wanted to play war stories single player. After the loading cutscene, the game suddenly crash and exit the game. Please Help!

1 new discovery is that the existence of BF5 which prolly include javelin, is making my other game impossible to launch such as GTA 5. When I deleted BF5, GTA 5 can run normally. EA what's goin' on? are you guys providing us safety or virus???
