Hi @beerk35 I've merged your two threads together. It's best not to create duplicate threads as it can be seen as spam.

If it's not a temporary issue then you should check out the suggestion @danisoff gave you earlier. Also, it might be worth checking your privacy settings to rule out any issue there, although I don't imagine that this will be the issue.

    @ElliotLH I mark myself as online from the top right, but my friends see me as offline and I cannot see my friends list.

    @beerk35,

    Since you're still experiencing the issue, you should try uninstalling/installing the EA app and Battlefield V. If the mentioned does not work, you should contact EA support.

    @beerk35 Give the above suggestion a go in case it sorts out the problem. You could also check privacy settings.

    I'm not sure what the message in the bottom-right says as I don't speak your language, but I assume it's unrelated.
