Re: Can’t connect to servers

Having the same issue, but  since the May 11.

I have contacted EA live chat support for the past months 10 times since the issue appeared and it was said that this case will be forwarded to the technical team. So far the issue is still persisting and there is no solution.

In my case I  have ruled out the issue being on my end after testing it on multiple systems+ different ISPs and the conclusion  is that it's account bound.

If I log in with my main account the issue happens all the time, with my secondary account on the same pc it works like a charm.

There are more people having this issue I suggest that other article should be merged with this one so we get some traction and EA can help us.

The funny thing is I can play fine on community servers but on Dice official servers I get kicked with the message ''You have lost the connection to the session''

    EA's ostrich policy:
    If users don't report the "lost connection" problem, then there is no problem.

    I think that EA always reacted only to strong/brute force users pressure.

    Although this seems  to be more of an isolated issue, more and more people are having it.

    Any ETA when this will  be fixed ?
