I uninstalled the game with revo. then I reinstalled it from Steam. but it didn't fix it. the problem still persists. it's so ridiculous I don't understand it. You should try talking with EA support, they might have an idea on what is wrong.

thank you. but unfortunately there is no topic on the EA help site about this issue. the problems that have a topic have only articles. is there a place where I can contact them? or how can I do this.
@EA HelpYou don't need to select the exact topic, try picking something close or similar. Your goal should be to get in contact with them. Also, I highly doubt your banned because being unable to go online does not mean your account is banned or restricted. This is confirmed by your picture.

I did file verification from steam 2 times today. I then reset the modem again. I turned the internet connection off and on several times while the game was on. I turned on all permissions for battlefield in the incoming and outgoing rules section of the firewall. There the rules were on in the private network but off in the public network section. 2 or 3 times I deleted the battlefield file in the documents folder. When I entered the game, it said that it needed to download an update to go online and I let it download. I changed dns again. I uninstalled the EA application with Revo and reinstalled it again. After all this, when I entered the game, if I could not reach the help section when I entered the game, I went back to online games. I don't know exactly what worked, but I finally fixed it.
And thank you for everything.
