Thank you for the suggestion. I exited all third-party applications in the taskbar except for NVIDIA and the firewall. Then, I tried launching the game again, and it is now working. It seems like applications for fan speed control, RGB lighting customization, or assigning macros to mouse buttons are being detected as cheats.
