@CrispierCone @Noodlesocks the good thing with Portal is even if they do downsize (there's no indication that this will happen) you can create your own servers.

I'd guess it will only work like the community games from Bfv. You're not going to be able to start a server from a location the game doesn't have "official" servers running.
why would you think this title is going to be any different?

you cannot create your own servers in your region if there are none in your region in the first place....
